Yesterday we drove to Parker, Kansas to visit with friends who just bought a farm. We had a fun time, Amy was happy to see her friends Elise and Alania, Jaime was thrilled to have Boomer lick her face and to meet the two new dogs. We also met the chicks, pigs and all the cows. Two of the calves escaped right before we got there. So we helped Laura try and get them back to their mamas, one went pretty easy and the second wasn't working with us. We gave up, went inside and had lunch, than afterwards we headed back out and finally got that stubborn calf to move back to the field with his mom.
