I haven't been able to get on to our local attachment parenting forum
for a week. We had AT&T U-Verse installed last Monday and since
than I can get on any other site but the one I waste the most time on.
So you would think I would have been busy blogging but that hasn't
happened. I also wipe out all my bookmarks.

I have finished Elizabeth's jean rag quilt. I started this quilt out 10 years ago with blue jean squares sewed
together with a floral flannel back and I had it halfway tied. I don't
think I finished it because I didn't like it very much. So when my
sewing machine died and I needed something to do. I took the quilt
apart and cut the backing and the batting to match the squares. I also
sewed hearts on half of the blocks. All that's left to do is finish cutting the material to make it rag.I'm taking a break today because my hand is sore and I'm only 1/8 of the way done.

I have another rag quilt cut out, this one is going to be strips similar
to the one pictured here but I'm using more colors and might add a
square with a heart to every other row. I'm also going to do the quilt
a long at Crazy Mom Quilts.

I need to get my sewing area organized so I can show a before and after picture.

We went to the Fort Leavenworth Garage Sale Saturday. I found a few patterns and some material and Martha Stewart Magazines. I really scored on some soft-soled shoes 2 pairs of Robeez they have a little wear but I know I'll get my money out of them.

I was going to hurry up and upload some pictures to post but ahhem the printer is covered with sewing stuff. Off to work on that.

I also got a pair of Robeez at a garage sale last week that look like they were never even worn for $2! I love garage sales!

I want to see your quilts. I'm still undecided on CMQ's quiltalong, but I think I might go to Joann's tomorrow to look at fabric to motivate me.
