Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

I have been getting this every time I comment on a blog----------

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

  XXXX@aol.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain aol.com by mailin-04.mx.aol.com. [64.12.88.132].

The error that the other server returned was:
521 5.2.1 :  (DMARC) This message failed DMARC Evaluation and is being refused due to provided DMARC
Policy

Do you know what this means?

I don't know. I would get an error like that on occasion many years ago, but haven't seen it since. Is it just one blog or all of them? Not many people use AOL for email anymore. Perhaps their comments get sent to their inbox, but they don't use that email anymore. *shrugs*
