I love fudge with nuts. I usually only make it at Christmas
time but so far I've made two pans after Christmas. It's like
this crazy addiction I'm not happy till it's all gone eaten by me.
Today Amy wasn't taking a nap and dumping cat food, knocking toys in
the floor, dumping papers so I decided to make some fudge. I had the milk and
butter, fluff, and sugar and salt in the pan. I started looking for the
chocolate chips and my heart started pounding all I could find was two
almost empty bags. I found a bag of dark Hershey's kisses and added those instead. I was out of pecans so I used almonds. I was so happy to lick the scraper. Heavenly, than Amy decided it was time for a nap, so I had to wait longer for my fudge fix.
